Solomon Diving analyzes the future requirements of its repairs instead of just the present needs.  This capture is evident of that fact.   Notice that the repaired clamp uses a bolt with a substantial material increase compared to the lower bolt, the remains of the initial installation.  This is done to decrease the need for future repairs.
